Dr. Michael Weinstock is a distinguished emergency medicine physician and serves as the Director of Research, Stroke Medical Director, and Interim ED Department Chair at Adena Medical Center. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Wexner Medical Center, The Ohio State University.

Dr. Weinstock is the Risk Management Section Editor for EM RAP and the Executive Editor of the UC MAX podcast, part of the EM RAP family. He has been the principal investigator for original research published in prestigious journals such as JAMA and Annals of Emergency Medicine. Additionally, he is the Risk Management Section Editor for CorePendium.

As the author of the acclaimed Bouncebacks! series, Dr. Weinstock has made significant contributions to medical literature. His medical practice spans both national and international settings, including volunteer work in Papua New Guinea, Nepal, and the West Indies.

His research interests focus on the evaluation and management of chest pain in the emergency department, patient safety, emergency medicine education, and, of course, Bouncebacks!
